CCTV REMOTE SURVEILLANCE Our Control Room can provide 24 hour visual surveillance to residential and commercial sites utilising fast scan digital transmission over I.S.D.N telephone lines or via the internet using 'Wave Reader' technology. In the event of an activation, high quality images will be transmitted to the Control Room and displayed on our monitors. Our staff will carry out the appropriate actions against the customer's procedures. All activity will be recorded and stored digitally to facilitate visual confirmation supported by a full audit trail. Where appropriate, surveillance can be initiated at random or on a pre-programmed basis. With the addition of an audio link to the site, suspicious or unauthorised persons can be directly challenged and the appropriate action taken by calling the police or despatching a keyholder/patrol officer or other third party.
