REMOTE ALARM MONITORING SERVICE The Remote Alarm Monitoring Service is designed to quicken the response time when an alarm system activates or other emergencies occur. Signals from the customer's intruder alarm system can be transmitted via telephone line and processed at our 24 hour Control Room where highly trained staff using fully computerised equipment can ensure that immediate assistance is provided. Using strict verification procedures, our staff will contact the customer's premises in the first instance to ascertain whether or not the activation has been caused by genuine user error. However, if there is no reply or verification cannot be confirmed, we will instantly despatch a security officer with the keys to the property. In this way the customer is guaranteed an effective response every time an alarm activates and the annoyance to neighbours of a continuously sounding and unattended alarm will be avoided.
